How to Measure Your Wrist
- Wrap a measuring tape (or non-stretchy string) around your wrist bone
- Keep it snug but comfortable, you should be able to slide one finger underneath
- Note your measurement and check the chart above
No measuring tape? Use a non-stretchy string, mark where it meets, then measure against a ruler.
